Meter Pilot LegislationWashington Department of Ecology
Recent legislature (RCW 90.94) established that mitigation certificates issued after January 19, 2018 are to be issued free meters and installation as a part of the Metering Pilot Program. Department of Ecology has since extended this service to all certificate holders through January 19, 2028.
